Loyola College...We were riding on a tram which took us through this area of New Orleans...lots of large homes and the universities.

Transported back in time...we are at the plantation.

Is this beautiful or what?  Just on the other side if the trees on the left of the photo is the levee.  We are about one hour north of New Orleans, so i think this was probably saved from any damage from Katrina.
